Overview
CongruentX is a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in custom Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and personalized applications designed to optimize business operations for clients.
For this B2B project, we wanted to focus on the distribution industry, specifically on professionals in these businesses who are on-site doing inventory management and compliance-heavy tasks like due diligence.
I collaborated with the CTO to design an intuitive mobile app that integrates key CRM information, making planning easier and allowing sales reps to begin their weeks with clear goals and confidence. I also helped to develop the Power Apps Platform by creating components that can be perfectly imported into it.

Development Strategy
Figma to Power Apps Workflow: Import Figma prototypes directly into Power Apps to maintain design consistency, reduce dev time, and speed up iterations based on user feedback.
Modular & White-labeled Architecture: Structure the app in configurable modules (Tasks, Pipeline, Meetings, AI Insights) so it can be quickly rebranded or adapted for different clients.
Learnings
Involve Developers Early: Bringing developers into design discussions from the start helped identify technical constraints and better shape feature feasibility, saving time and resources down the line.
Early Alignment with Leadership: Involving the CTO early ensured our solution met strategic goals. Their input on key decisions helped us prioritize features and meet business needs.
